Dennis W. Gavin is the founding Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Gavin was an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Admiralty Bank in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from 1998 to 2003 until the sale of the bank to the Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to Admiralty Bank, Mr. Gavin served as Senior Vice President and Regional Lending Manager for 1st United Bank in Boca Raton, Florida, until the sale of the bank to Wachovia Bank in 1998. Mr. Gavin received his B.A in Finance from Iowa State University in 1987.
Howard Goldsmith is a managing member of the Goldsmith Investment Group. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of Panamedia Radio Group, a holding company for several radio stations in the southeast United States, from 1989 until June 2004 when the company was sold. Mr. Goldsmith received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1969 from New York University.

Allen D. McGee is the retired Chairman, President and CEO of Radiology Corporation of America. Before founding RCOA with a partner. Mr. McGee was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Dialysis Centers of America (acquired by Renal Care Group and later by Fresenius Corporation). Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President responsible for marketing and sales and acquisition development at Damon Corporation (acquired by Met Path Laboratories). The position at Damon was proceeded by serving as Senior Executive Vice President at Specialty Laboratories in Los Angeles and before that Vice President of International Clinical Laboratories (acquired by Smith Kline) and National Marketing Director of American Biomedical Laboratories (acquired by National Health Laboratories). Mr. McGee served on the Board at Hendrix College where he headed the Finance and Investment Committee. He currently is an active member of The Board of Directors at Paradise Bank in Boca Raton, Florida and is Chairman of The Board of Directors of Spin Label Technologies, Inc.
Thomas McMurrain has served since 1983 as a Vice President in charge of site development of Ocean Properties, Ltd., a hotel and real estate developer located in Delray Beach, Florida. From 1981 to 1983, Mr. McMurrain served as a Senior Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan in Delray Beach, Florida. From 1978 to 1981, Mr. McMurrain served as a Senior Vice President of Carteret Savings and Loan in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. McMurrain received his Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern College in 1972 and performed graduate work at the University of Georgia.
Kevin M. Sacket is the President of Sunrise Bank located in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Mr. Sacket was Chief Financial officer of Paradise Bank until December 2010 and was also Chief Financial Officer of Admiralty Bank in Palm Beach Gardens from 1998 until the sale of the bank to Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to Admiralty Bank, Mr. Sacket served as Chief Financial Officer at First Western Bank in Cooper City, Florida for two years and was with 1st United Bank in Boca Raton, Florida for four years. Mr. Sacket was with Florida Department of Banking in West Palm Beach Florida for three years and prior to that the Ohio Department of Banking in Columbus, Ohio from 1986 to 1989. Ms. Wheeler is a founding Director of Best Foot Forward Foundation, whose mission is to empower foster care youth to maximize their potential by providing essential academic support and guidance. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Furman University in 1982.
